Okay, yes, anytime there are Assembly Elections in my home state of Bihar (India), i get hopeful that "change may come". That a new political landscape may herald a new age of development and progress in the state. So i have been actively catching up on the political parties, politicians and the news updates related to the elections on this pretty comprehensive blog on the Bihar Assembly Elections 2010
